the recording-handler

The service is the counterpart of the recording-manager (the loadable GUI-application). The recording-handler primarily scans for new/updated VDR-recordings.

Furthermore the recording-handler serves to manipulate VDR-recordings, i.e. split or join them, rename of move them, etc.

That manipulations will be triggered by the recording-manager and executed by the recording-handler.
